If you have encountered an external problem with your trading platform that has negatively affected your funded account, you may submit the affected trade(s) for review.
1. Open a new support ticket by going to the Apiary Fund Help Center.
2. Scroll down and find the link "Open a Ticket" at the bottom in the grey "How can we help?" box.
3. Fill in the required information, making sure to include: your account number (this is a six digit number that can be found at the top bar of Alveo next to your username), the trade ID (the number in the ID column of your Orders History tab), and a short description of why you would like the trade(s) reviewed.
4. Click "Submit".
The trade(s) will be reviewed as soon as possible.
