The "User Authentication" error will most often appear when attempting to sign in. There are a few things you can try to fix the error:
- Check your internet speed at www.speedtest.net. Your test results need to be at least 2 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download. If your results are lower than this you will need to work with your internet provider.
- Change your location or internet source (look at where you are trying to trade, home, work coffee shop, etc.), sometimes the internet connection is not strong enough or certain internet sources may block the Alveo platform.
- Ensure that your firewall is not blocking Alveo.
- Ensure that antivirus softwares is not blocking Alveo.
