I have an "Internal Error" message when I try to login to Alveo?

If you are experiencing this problem there are a few things you should try in order to fix it:

  • Check your internet speed at www.speedtest.net. Your test results need to be at least 3 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download. If your results are lower than this you will need to work with your internet provider.

 

  • Change your location or internet source (look at where you are trying to trade, home, work, coffee shop, etc.), sometimes the internet connection is not strong enough or certain internet sources may block the Alveo platform.

 

  • Ensure that your firewall is not blocking Alveo.

 

  • Ensure that antivirus software is not blocking Alveo.
