Are you having trouble getting a webinar class or another video working? First, confirm that the class is either presently in session or has already been recorded. Next try the following:
- Use the Google Chrome browser.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. Refer here to check this.
- Check your internet speed at www.speedtest.net. Your test results need to be at least 2 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download. If your results are lower than this you will need to work with your internet provider.
